To celebrate the latest release from the Jaxon Estates, Jatz Jaxon – internationally acclaimed sommelier has announced his vineyards latest range of wines – Chateau Jatz.
Typically these wines display all the characteristics of high end vin-couture. We ensure that all our wines offer balance, complexity, length, concentration, focus, typicity, elegance and (even) power.
At the recent “International Wine and Spirit Competition” an event considered widely to be the most prestigious in the world – some of the most highly talented and awarded judges and oenologists came together to award wines from over 80 countries.
The Jaxon Estates swept the competition, wowing judges and aficionados alike. Common amongst the sommelier notes were comments such as class, breed, authority, aristocracy and polish -all inferences to fineness. Never before has one vineyard featured so strongly in our competition, “we are indeed honoured to have Mr Jaxon featured here in our competition” a leading official was heard to remark.
When interviewed Mr Jaxon is quoted to have said “we make wines for an aristocrats pallet and a paupers budget”. Through highly secret blending methods we are able to attain a much higher standard of finish than our competitors. We can match our wines to Foie gras or even crakers – Jatz Crackers of course.
Wine labels and branding are a major feature in the marketing of any alcohol these days, and when it came time to promote our latest range we looked high and low to find the right answer, not realising that it was at our finger tips all this time. The issue we faced was to get our brand noticed and recognised by the masses and how better than to include the visage of the already world renowned international man of mystery – Jatz Jaxon. Not only could we ride off his existing lofty coat tails we could also be sure that small children would not go near it – thus reinforcing our responsible drinking ethos.
